Hi, my name is Shanda Nichols. I provide a calm and supportive space to help people experience relief and relaxation. I’ve been providing massages to youth, adults, men, and women since 2016. I work with clients who struggle with:

• Shorts Injury • Head, Neck, and Shoulder Issues • Trauma/PTSD • Anxietv • Stress • Fibromyalgia • Carpal Tunnel • Range of Motion

I also have 6 years working in the mental health field with clients who experienced significant emotional, physical, and sexual trauma. I have a calm and safe presence about me that allows clients to fully soothe and relax during the massage. I have also been professionally trained to help others de-escalate when in crisis as I was certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. If you have experienced a traumatic incident that has left your body feeling tight and you are easily triggered into a fight/flight mode, contact me for a massage therapy appointment. I am in-network with BCBSIL. Members that want to use their insurance will need a doctor’s referral for massage therapy.

I provide a therapeutic massage for clients so they can experience relief from soreness and pain to enjoy their life. I’m credentialed as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I provide evidence based techniques and exercises including:
