Amy Skillings, MSW (LSW)

Amy has 20 years of professional experience as a counselor and supervisor. She has an outstanding ability to hold space for others in a very warm and supportive way. She has significant experience working alongside of adults and clinical treatment with children and adolescents. Amy will be providing individual therapy with teenagers, college age, and adults. She works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, life stressors, anger management, physical/sexual abuse in childhood, life transitions, those in leadership roles, and regulation skills.  Amy completed her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois.
