I am passionate about creating a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore life’s challenges and begin the process of healing. My approach is grounded in empathy and authenticity, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward hope and growth. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and includes inspiration from motivational interviewing, internal family systems, solution focused techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are deeply connected — and that by shifting the way we think, we can create meaningful change in our lives. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive and uplifting space where clients can process difficult experiences and discover new paths forward!
I am in the final year of my Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling through Houston Christian University. My background includes teaching art, yoga, and utilizing animal assisted therapies!
