Ketamine Therapy
Experience Rapid Relief Through Ketamine-Assisted Healing
Break free from depression, anxiety, and PTSD with an innovative treatment that restores balance, clarity, and emotional well-being.
What is Ketamine?
Ketamine is a widely-used, FDA-approved medicine prescribed off-label for mental health with a long track record of clinical safety. Beyond its original use as an anesthetic and analgesic, ketamine is also prescribed off label for the treatment of depression and anxiety and other mental health challenges.
Ketamine and the Brain
Ketamine targets the underlying causes of mental illness rather than merely addressing the symptoms. Its rapid antidepressant and mood-enhancing properties are complemented by its ability to enhance neuroplasticity and foster new synaptic connections, leading to a more resilient and healthier brain over time.
Medical Treatment
The prospective patient schedules an initial evaluation with a prescriber from our KAP-trained medical team, where they will go over the patient’s medical and psychiatric history and determine eligibility for KAP. If Journey Clinical’s medical team deems the patient eligible, they develop a personalized treatment plan.
Psychotherapy Sessions
All Journey Clinical clients are in a therapeutic alliance with a trained, licensed mental health professional within the Journey Clinical network. Once the patient receives their ketamine prescription, their Journey Clinical KAP practitioner will schedule time for their KAP preparation, dosing and integration sessions together.
