Lucas is a graduate student pursuing his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University. He works with individuals, couples, and families, and brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to each client he serves.

Lucas integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Collaborative Language Systems into his work. His goal is to support clients in developing healthier interactions, deeper self-awareness, and stronger, more meaningful connections with themselves and others.

He believes that healing happens best in a calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and grow. Lucas values open-mindedness and reflection, and views these as essential pathways toward understanding, acceptance, and an overall improved quality of life.

Outside of his professional work, Lucas prioritizes self-care by spending quality time with his family, taking nature walks with his wife and their pup, and playing the piano.
