Tiara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She aims to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to freely express themselves and begin the healing process. She is passionate about helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of self by recognizing their strengths, being opened to different perspectives and learning healthy and adaptive ways to manage life’s challenges.

Tiara pulls from a holistic and mindfulness approach. She utilizes a Client Centered, Trauma-Informed, and strength-based perspective. She also uses CBT, DBT, ACT and Collaborative Problem Solving approach to therapy.

Tiara works with children and adults, families, and couples. She has 17 years experience working with children and families in the residential and group home setting as well as schools.

Tiara received her Bachelors in Community Health and Master of Social Work from the University Illinois. Through her work experience, she has supported a wide range of individuals through managing life transitions, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and grief and loss.
