We are introducing Traci Winkler, a Houston Chrstian University Master’s Level in Clinical Mental Health Counseling student. She’s at our Friendswood, TX location.

Traci is dedicated to walking alongside individuals of all ages (child, adolescent, and adult) as they navigate life’s challenges, heal from trauma, and rediscover hope. Her approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, Parts Work, and Mindfulness offering a safe, supportive space for individuals to explore their stories and begin their journey towards healing. She is an adoptive/foster parent herself and is passionate about helping similar families navigate the challenges they face. She believes in the power of spiritual and emotional wholeness and faith plays a meaningful role in her practice for individuals who desire it. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety , struggling with depression, or working through deep emotional wounds, her goal is to help you move forward with clarity, strength, and purpose.

Traci is accepting BCBS and other insurance as well as a low sliding scale fee.
